> Preparation and delivery of our service proposal inclusive of projected timelines and fees

> Joint review, revision and approval of service proposal

> Preparation of our Service and Business Associate Agreements

> Service agreement signed and contract commences

* Hourly or monthly retainer service fees are available depending on scope of services
* Contract engagements for one year or more are discounted
* Contracts amendments are prepared when the scope of service, timeline or fees change
